Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A $5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Fairy Hair appointment. This deposit goes towards the final balance of your service. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment. Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancelation fee of $5. No-Show: No-shows will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service fee, and future bookings may require prepayment.
